كيفية التحضير للإنترفيو مع أهم الأسئلة المتوقعة فى مجال التدريس

إن شاء الله هنبدأ بكتابة موسوعة لكل أسئلة الإنترفيو المتوقعة بكل أنواعها العادية والـ stress في جميع المجالات :

1- خدمة العملاء

2- التيلي سيلز

3- المحاسبة
4- التدريس

هنبدأ بسم الله ..هبدأ بشوية نصائح أتمنى كل الناس تاخد بالها منها .

1- لااااااااااازم اللبس يكون فورمال حتى لما تستلم الشغل ان شاء الله لازم تروح فورمال لحد ما هما يقولولك الـ dress code الخاص بالشركة

2- متديش ظهرك للإتش ار اطلاقا الا في حالة انك كنت في قاعة طوووووويلة وبالتالى مش هينفع تمشي بظهرك مسافة طويلة  

3- الابتسامة متفارقكش لحد ما تخلص من الانترفيو مهما كانت حالتك 

4- وانت بتقعد على الكرسي مش بتقعد دييييييييييييب مرة واحدة لا على 3 خطوات الاول بتقف وبترجع لورا لحد ما تلمس الكرسي ( متبصش لورا كدة على الكرسي لا ) تانى خطوة لما رجليك تلامس الكرسي تقعد على طرفه وثالث خطوة ترجع لورا شوية وتقعد مرتاح كدة

5- خلوا بالكم من الـ shake hands

6- practice ... practice ... practice لازم تتمرن كتير على الانترفيو واسئلة الانترفيو وانت الوحيد اللى هتعرف الاسئلة المتوقعة

7- الـ CV هتقراه مرة واتنين و 3 وهتطلع منه اسئلة كتييييييييييييييييير لانك لازم تعرف ايه المكتوب في الـ CV بتاعك علشان تعرف الانترفيور ممكن يسألك اسئلة في ايه

شهادات .. مشروع تخرج .. تطوع ... الخ

8- الثقة ثم الثقة ثم الثقة .... ايه يعني لو الواحد متقبلش لقدر الله يعني في اى وظيفة عااااااااااادي في كتير غيرها ( فعلا والله ) الدنيا مش هتقف يعني عشان كدة خليك واثق من نفسك ومش هقولك متخافش لا خاف بس اياك تبين خوفك ده للانترفيور اتكلم بطبيعتك بس اوعى تقلب معاك بغرور 

9- طبعا الـ body language تربيع الايدين مش عاوزينه ... البنات بس اللى مسموح ليهم يحطوا رجل على رجل ...

1- Introduce your self, please. (how long have you been teaching in elementary schools)

2- What are your students' problems within the 4 language skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)?

which grades are ou asking about? my third year pupils have problems in all four skills ... but mainly in reading and writing

3- Do they have speaking disabilities? How do you notice that?
some of the first grade pupils do. They mispronounce some letters.

4- In your opinion, What are the main causes of that problems (speaking disabilities)
really not sure,
but I guess parental guidance would have a great effect on the them ... the disability i'm talking about seems to be temporary .. when the child grows up he will overcome it.
5- Do you think that the teaching method has an effect on the students' speaking skills? Explain how.

Sure they do ,,, the more they talk the more they will try to correct their pronuonciation ... and our methods are based on speaking and commnicating.
6- Did the new curriculum help you in solving this problem, or did not? Explain how.

if we concidered the focus on communication a way to help them improve their pronuonciation , them yes it did.7- What have you done in order to solve this problem?

when my pupils answer or talk about something ... I insist nicely on repeating the word and saying it correctly.. many time they do.
I informed the psychological and the social worers.

8- What do you suggest of solutions to help you and other teachers in solving the speaking disabilities problems?

make sure of the reasons.
contact the parents and the specialists
don't make it a big deal for the kid .. deal with it with threatening the pupils' selfconfidence
